13 Woomy Avenue is a minor location and is the apartment where Meggy Spletzer used to live. It is located further south of Inkopolis Plaza, just south of the Inkopolis Plaza subway station. As of April 18, 2020, she has moved out of the apartment and moved into her own house in the Mushroom Kingdom in the episode SMG4: Meggy Moves In.
