Aelion is a planetary republic that debuted in SMG4: The Resurrection. It is the home of Greg The Alien and his species.

Forest Temple[]
Inside the temple, one can step on the altar inside to become a god. These powers may not be perfect, though, as it can sometimes go rogue as demonstrated when Bob attempted to resurrect Greg.
History[]
In SMG4: The Resurrection, Mario and crew were transported to Aelion and tasked with resurrecting Greg. When they arrived, they were shocked to see that the planet was in a state of chaos,the Aliens said is was a place full of invasions from here to Earth. and were told by a citizen to go into the forest temple after fending off an invasion. After defeating some enemies outside the temple, they proceeded to go inside. At the altar, Bob stepped on it and became a god and was told by Mario to resurrect Greg immediately. However the process went rogue and they were forced to destroy the altar, which reverted Greg back to a corpse in the process.

- The planet seems to have some form of presidency, as one of the aliens mentions that their president is Greg himself.
- The planet's name is a play on the word "Alien."
- Their president was once captured and sent to Area 51.
