Alcina Dimitrescu is the tertiary antagonist of Resident Evil Village, and the tritagonist of SMG4: Mario and the VILLAGE.
Personality[]
In contrast to the Dimitrescu from the game, the one in the SMG4 universe is a different case. She still appears to be hostile towards outsiders and does not like being insulted, as she was immediately angered when Mario referred to her as a "huge b*tch". However, when she recognizes Shroomy, she shows off a more caring side to herself (and spares Mario because he's Shroomy's friend). Because her husband Doomguy became unhealthily attached to Isabelle to the point where he rejects his own nephew, she and her daughters have developed a hatred towards the cute dog. Unlike Doomguy, she cares about Shroomy despite his personality change.
