Banjo & Kazooie are minor characters in the SMG4 series.
They are the two main protagonists of the Banjo-Kazooie series, which is not created by Glitch Productions. They are a duo comprised of a bear named Banjo and a breegull (a type of bird) named Kazooie. They first appeared in SMG4 in Season 7. Their first major role was two seasons later in SMG4: Sans's First Day In Smash Bros. Much like his origin game, Banjo speaks with subtitles in a caption bumper with his face inside.
Banjo was killed by Steve in SMG4: Steve VS Smash Bros. This was further evidenced in SMG4: The Fan Written Episode (4 Mill Sub Special) due to FightingMario54321 wanting to arrest Steve for the murder.
