Barack Hussein Obama II is the first African American to be president. He served as the 44th President of the United States from 2009 to 2017. Obama frequently appears as a background character in SMG4's videos. The series has a running gag that involves him being the owner of the "Obama's convenient ramp emporium", placing ramps in "convenient" locations for Mario and the other characters to use.

He appears in a form known as Obama Prism, and serves as the main antagonist of the episode. He is in charge of protecting the Constitution, and summons numerous Master Hands to stop Mario and Bowser from stealing it. In the end, however, they manage to beat him, reverting him back to his original form. Despite his earlier hostility, he ultimately decides to join them in their celebratory dance after Mario makes Mario Day into a national holiday (and turns Bowser into a chicken nugget).
This episode also implies that despite no longer being President in the real world, Obama is still the President in the SMG4 series.
