While Bob was waiting for an appointment from the mafia, he sold ice cream without a permit in the Showgrounds causing Hal Monitor to chase after him in an attempt to arrest him. During the chase throughout Mushroom City, Hal's car crashed into Bob's truck, which caused a gunfight between Bob and the police. It is unknown what happened to the business truck, as Bob is later seen trying to sell ice cream to criminals.
