Boolossus, the Jumbo Ghost, is an enormous Boo and one of the portrait ghosts in the game Luigi's Mansion. This ghost is composed of fifteen regular Boos who can combine to create Boolossus.
Although these Boos are normally timid and shy, once they form into Boolossus, all their fears disappear as they turn into one consciousness. The Boo is a servant of King Boo, leader of the Boos, and is the guardian of the third area of Luigi's Mansion.

He beats up Luigi after he tried to capture his little brother.
SMG4: Stupid Mario World[]
A bunch of Boos combined into him to attack Mario. Mario wasn’t fazed by Boolossus and showed him something scarier.
SMG4: Mario Goes To College[]
He appears as Heavy's transformation.
SMG4: Mario Screws In A Lightbulb[]
He is attempted as a light source for Peach's Castle, but SMG4 and Mario fail. In the end, he disappears with the Boos after the lights go back on.
Trivia[]
- Its name is a pun on the words "Boo" and "colossus" and literally translates to "Giant Boo".
- Unlike other Boos, Boolossus has glowing yellow eyes.
- He was mistakenly called a Big Boo in his first appearance.
