Bloopers made in 2018

SMG4's videos of 2018 have been expanded upon. This was the first year SMG4 did since 2013 that didn't have a Retarded Recap as the New Year Special. SMG4 also has gotten better at balancing his use of SM64 models and Garry's Mod models. SMG4's YouTube friends continue to appear in cameos every now and then. This year marked the point where the channel achieved the 2 million subscriber mark and he celebrated by having the fans submit their own videos for a Ssenmodnar video.

Starting from Mario Tennis Aces, an ongoing story arc began to form with the bloopers with Waluigi becoming a major threat in the series. With each new episode starting from Mario SAW onward, Waluigi gradually took over the channel banner until he was the only character left on it. The arc, following months and months of buildup, culminated in War of The Fat Italians 2018, which served as the Grand Finale of the Arc. Overall, the arc was well received by old and new fans alike and even rekindled some fans interest for the channel.

Starting from SMG4: The Mario Concert, a new SMG4 story arc began with Bob and his rapping career. Bob reveals that he pushed Fishy Boopkins down the well in SMG4: Mario In... The Well. In, SMG4: Mario and the Bob Mansion... He made a scheme to burn his house down by the others to push his rapping career forward. At the end of SMG4: The Mario Concert, He got mad at Fishy Boopkins for ruining his concert and leaves him, making Boopkins cry.
