Chill Bully (also known as Ice Bully) is a minor character in SMG4 series that currently only appears in SM64 Bloopers: SnowTrapped.

When Mario searched for help in order to save SMG4, he found the Ice Bully and asked him if he would want to go on an adventure. The Ice Bully told him that he would need to prove his strength first. He is later seen tobogganing with the help of Mario before being pushed off a cliff presumably to his death by an annoyed Mario.
