Dio Brando, or simply DIO, is a minor character in the SMG4 series and the main antagonist of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise, being the arch-enemy of Jotaro Kujo and his entire bloodline.
He is a vampire and stand user with the intent to kill the entire Joestar Bloodline, take over the world and achieve "Heaven" with his close friend Enrico Pucci, formerly kill George Joestar and take the Joestar fortune for himself.
His stand is The World, which allows him to stop the flow of time for 5 to 9 seconds, and with The World Over Heaven, rewrite reality.
In the SMG4 Universe, he is a r******* vampire who just likes to be an asshole and push around the Joestars and the Stardust Crusaders, most of the time being a creation of Inkweaver.

SMG4: World War Mario[]
Dio is one of Francis' henchmen who attempting to block SMG4 gang running through the hallway with an axe. He is then taken out by Mario.
SMG4: Mario's Magical TV[]
Dio appears in the television show Super Mario JoJo. He is seen confronting Jojo Mario and taunting him. Dio is then crushed by a road roller drove by Bob the Builder who is summoned by Jojo Mario, leaving him terrified.

- His stand, The World, never appears in SMG4, however the Road Roller used by Dio in Stardust Crusaders is used.
- He was in italian army in Mario Tries Life Hacks 2 ft. Luigi due his name translated like "God" on italian.
- JoJo Mario and Dio is an obvious reference to the final battle of Stardust Crusaders, the aftermath of Noriaki Kakyoin and Joseph Joestar's deaths, the latter of whom was brought back to life.
- Colonel Sanders uses his voice lines since SMG4: Mario Does His Laundry.
