Dr. Doofenshmirtz is the main "antagonist" of Phineas and Ferb. He is a one-time character in the SMG4 series, only making a minor non-canon appearance in Mario Reacts To Nintendo Memes 12.

Mario Reacts To Nintendo Memes 12[]

When Mario attempts to watch the WOTFI 2015 Rap Battle, Doofenshmirtz interupts by singing his own rap, "There's a Platypus Controlling Me". This angers Mario to the point where he breaks into his home at Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. and attempt to shoot him, only to end up shooting himself by mistake.
