The Dr. Robotnik Head (better known as "Pingas") is a recurring meme in SMG4. It is commonly associated with the "PINGAS" sound effect. It's first important role was as a toy that first Wolf O'Donnell and then Mario found in SMG4: If Mario Was In... Starfox (Starlink Battle For Atlas). Dr. Robotnik Heads are plentiful on the planet Sonatus and serve as its power source due to their meme status. Wolf wanted to harvest them to make his army more powerful, but Mario, Mason, and Fox McCloud stopped him. It made a cameo in SMG4: The Melancholy of Fishy Boopkins.
In Internet Graveyard, it is one of the Ancient Protectors due to it carrying the legacy of the Pingas meme which lasted for over a decade.

- It is, obviously, modeled after Dr. Eggman's head.
- In SMG4: If Mario Was In... Starfox (Starlink Battle For Atlas), if you squish it, it will make the "PINGAS" sound, albeit at a higher pitch than normal.
- The pingas leeches in SMG4: Treasure Hunt With The Bois make the same high pitched noise.
- Thousands of them exist deep below the surface of the planet Sonatus.
