Bowser's "Yoshi" was a miniature Tyrannosaurus Rex that Bowser had as a pet. Its only appearance was in SM64 Bloopers: The Great Yoshi Race..

Bowser showed him to Mario and Yoshi and says his "Yoshi" is going to beat them. As Luigi hits a question block it’s summons Dr. Eggmans that blocked the path, then it jumps really high. It jumped on a speed boost and does tricks with Bowser, and get a 10/10 by the Old Man Hobo and SMG4. When Mario and Yoshi got fire by anti-cheating canon they hit bowser and his Yoshi. They bump into them, hurting it. Bowser was frustrated with this and they settle this with a fight. He then wrecks Yoshi.

Bowser's yoshi appears to be what a yoshi would look like in real life as proven by the episode SM64 Bloopers: Super Cavemen Bros. a dinosaur. Not just any dinosaur however a T Rex. However being that its GMod the dinosaur had a crowbar
