Defective Turret

Defective Turrets are damaged, ammo-less, unfinished or faultilly assembled Turrets that appear in the game Portal 2. One appears in Portal M4R10 - If Mario was in... Portal, when one tries to shoot Mario, but it doesn’t have ammo. So Mario just throws him at a window to escape from GLaDOS.
