The Black Ghost is the true main antagonist of SM64 Halloween 2016 - SPAGHETTI.EXE. It was hiding in the Creepy Mario Statue.
In that same blooper, the Black Ghost is the character who is hiding inside Creepy Mario Statue. He tried to kill Mario for eating his Creepy Spaghetti. The character tries to kill Mario by hiding inside the body of the old wizard, but instead walks slowly and says something like "Haunting this body is crap". On his last attempt to kill Mario, Slenderman rescued Mario.

Hence the name, the character is a black ghost, similar to a, with a black body and white eyes.

- The characters appearance is based off the Game Boy appearance of Ghost from the creepypasta video game "Pokémon Black".
