Hobo Bros was a channel run by Luke and Kevin Lerdwichagul. It features Luke/SMG4 and Kevin playing games, reacting to memes and other media, and retrospective looks at older videos on the SMG4 Channel.

Hobo Bros. uploaded their first video on December 6, 2016, which contains gameplay of Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64. The same day, SMG4 released promotion for Hobo Bros on his channel.

As of 2021, the channel is on an indefinite hiatus, as Kevin and Luke are focusing on their animations on the GLITCH and SMG4 channels with SMG4 CREW videos.

Hobo Bros Series[]

Hobo Bros has three major series that appear on the channel. This does not include any video game series.

Hobo Theatre[]

Hobo Theatre revolves around the world of Garry's Mod (GMod for short). Typically, Kevin and Luke create stories using the said program, which usually turns out weird. Only ragdolls are used in this series. The first episode of this series aired on December 3, 2016.

Hobo Amigos[]

Hobo Amigos functions exactly like the regular Hobo Bros program, but two new members are added into the mix. The two new members are Martin Yeung and Harry Brown, both of who are the editors for SMG4 (series) and Hobo Bros. The first episode of this series aired on July 3, 2017, with the gameplay of Mario Party 10. On April 30, 2018, Luke announced the end of the series because of Harry's departure. It was briefly revived upon Martin's departure on February 19, 2019.

Hobo Pod[]

Hobo Pod is the channel's podcast. In this series, Kevin and Luke discuss various topics, both random and important. This series is very rare, with only five episodes as of February 2018.

Revelations[]

Certain things that have been said on Hobo Bros. contribute to the main SMG4 canon:

Fishy Boopkins' mother is Laa-Laa, as revealed in "The Untold Story of FISHY BOOPKINS || HOBO THEATRE".
Bob's last name is revealed to be Bobowski in "How much does SMG4 know about SMG4?".
Shroomy is revealed to be over 18 years of age as confirmed in "Hobo Theatre: SMG3 prepares for WOTFI 2020".
- The video's opening advertisement reveals that Meggy Spletzer is under 18 years of age, as Luke threatened to call To Catch A Predator host Chris Hansen after Kevin touches Meggy inappropriately and that he will be incarcerated for it.
Silica City does actually exist in the SMG4 Universe, as in “Reading the Wiki on Tari! 🦆” it is revealed Tari lives there.
The "Twelve Mysteries of SMG4" exist, as revealed in "About SMG3". Only four are currently known, those being:

- How old is Meggy Spletzer? (solved in SMG4: Welcome To Mario Mart™)
- Who are Bob Bobowski's parents? (dad has been revelead in SMG4: Mario Goes To The Zoo)

On July 15, 2017, Hobo Bros celebrated 100,000 subscribers with a skit called Super Hobo Bros.
