Foongus is a one time Pokémon. It is a Grass and Poison type. While Mario was looking for new Pokémon in Super Pokeman 64: WELCOME TO POKEMANS!, he started throwing Pokéballs at things. After Mario hit the Foongus, it evolved into the Mentally Pissed off Toad.
