Gobbles The Gargoyle is a minor character who only appeared from the episode The Mario Channel: MARIO'S CHALLENGE.
He is a giant stone gargoyle who is a friend that Mario hired to be one of the objects in the way of getting further into the tower. The contestants have to make him laugh to pass him. Making a bad joke, move, or even insulting him would result in a contestant being crushed by his giant hand. He lets Wario, Luigi, Bowser, Fishy Boopkins, and a bunch of other contestants get through but crushes Frankie, Bob Bobowski and two unnamed contestants.
Personality[]
Gobbles enjoys anything he considers to be humorous but tends to take anything he considers to be unfunny or at his expense in a violent and personal matter, such as when he looked confused at Frankie's poor attempt for trying to make him laugh and when he angrily did the same to Bob Bobowski for his joke of calling him a "giant stone douchebag".
