Gummigoo is an NPC that appears in Candy Carrier Chaos! as one of the three crocodile bandits who stole the Candy Canyon Kingdom's maple syrup.
Appearance[]
Gummigoo is a yellow-fading-into-green gummy crocodile with a white underbelly, white eyes and a brown cowboy-looking hat. He has a slim build, and rounded spines going down his back.
Like his friends, Gummigoo speaks with an Australian accent.
Personality[]
Gummigoo demonstrates his proficiency as a strategist, adeptly planning for complex heists and missions. Despite his initial antagonistic demeanor, he exhibits emotional depth; after falling Outside of the Map, he discovers he is an "NPC" with fake memories, subsequently grappling with existential anxiety and an eagerness to understand the unknown. Through the development of his relationship with Pomni where she understands his hopelessness, he evolves from a seemingly antagonistic figure to a well-intentioned individual, illustrating his capacity for growth and redemption.
Trivia[]
- His name is misspelled as "Gumigoo" in the episode 2 credits, despite many other sources spelling it as "Gummigoo" (such as the subtitles, merch store, merch packaging, and posts and videos by people who worked on the show). This makes him the third Glitch character whose name is misspelled in the credits, after the Funky Fource ("Funky Force") from Sunset Paradise and Lizzy ("Lizzie" in episode 7) from Murder Drones. However, the spelling was corrected to "Gummigoo" in the episode 4 credits.
