Isabelle is a minor character in the SMG4 series.
She is a character from the Animal Crossing series, first appearing in Animal Crossing: New Leaf as the mayor's assistant, who helps the player in their new role as mayor. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, she is instead an assistant for Nook Inc. and offers help to the player in relation to their island.
She first makes a cameo appearance in SMG4: The Mario Convention! as one of the T-Pose Zombies.

Isabelle is a nearsighted bright yellow dog who resembles a Shih Tzu, which her Japanese name, Shizue, is a play on. Her head is also shaped like a bag of bells, hence the English name. She has a happy appearance with rosy cheeks and with a white fur patch on her tail and around her mouth. She wears a green checkered vest with a white top and a red ribbon underneath with a navy blue skirt.
