John DiMaggio is a minor character in the SMG4 series.
He is a guy that first appeared in Super Mario 64 Bloopers: The Mystery Of The Missing White And Blue where he needed Mario's help to rescue his Dad. He also appears in other bloopers; for example, he makes a cameo in SM64: ṩṩἔᾗмὄḋᾗᾄʀ 6 (New years edition), where he appears as Toad's father.

- If he is Toad's father, Stacy must be his wife.
- His name comes from the American voice actor John DiMaggio, who is famous for voicing, amongst other characters, Bender in Futurama, King Zøg in Disenchantment, Jake the Dog in Adventure Time, Marcus Fenix in the Gears of War game series, Schnitzel in Chowder, Aquaman in Batman: The Brave and the Bold and its film spin-off Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Brother Blood in "Teen Titans", and Rico in The Penguins of Madagascar.
- Funnily enough, DiMaggio would go on to star in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, as Mario's uncle, Arthur.
