Juan is a minor character in SMG4's videos. He is Mario's sleep paralysis demon.

During one night, Juan was summoned and woke up Mario to give him an announcement about BBQs in Texas. He then called a cab in order to actually trick him to go to Ohio.

He appears in Hell along with the others, burning Kermit.

- He looks similar to Greg the Alien, who was also a friend of Mario.
- He shares his name with a Mario Recolor.
- He can be considered the hidden antagonist of his debut episode for being the mastermind that tricked Mario to be in this situation.
- His model is based on the Horrors from DUSK by New Blood Interactive, which all have the ability to vomit acid at great distances, and horrifically stretch their jaws downwards when attacking.
