The SMG4/GLITCH Wiki

Juan Carlos Bodoque is a character from the Chilean TV show 31 Minutos.

In the SMG4 series, he has only appeared once so far, as a supporting antagonist during "SMG4: Uncanny Mr Mario".

Summary[]

Juan Carlos Bodoque is a red rabbit, typically seen wearing a black-and-white striped shirt embroidered with the 31 Minutos logo. Within the context of 31 Minutos, Bodoque is the program's star journalist, and runs the segment "La Nota Verde".

So far, Bodoque's only appearance in the SMG4 series has been in "SMG4: Uncanny Mr Mario". He is only seen to be present in the canny/uncanny simulation, and appears to be a creation of the simulation within this context. Additionally, he is never referred to by name within the episode, with his dialogue captions simply lacking a name altogether. As such, it is currently unclear if this is the "real" Bodoque, nor is it clear if he actually exists within the main world of the series.

History[]

Mario initially encounters Bodoque in the basement of Spaghetti Island. The former knocks the latter over and attempts to escape: however, Bodoque grabs Mario's leg and takes him back into the basement. He then presents Mario with a room of numerous dead Mario clones, and proceeds to claim that Mario is also a clone.

Bodoque then reveals that the preceding events of the episode have been taking place in a simulation. However, he also claims that Mario's entire life has been a simulation, which is most likely false within the series' continuity.

Later on in the episode, Mario hijacks the simulation from the inside, producing a pool of spaghetti. Mr. Incredible then regains control of the simulation from the outside, summoning Bodoque, who appears from the pool of spaghetti. Bodoque chases after Mario, but Mario quickly distracts Bodoque before kicking him into the simulation's HUD. As the HUD's image changes, Bodoque seemingly vanishes.
