King K. Rool is the most iconic villain from the Donkey Kong franchise but has very rarely appeared in any other games up until Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in 2018. Being a minor character in SMG4 series, King K. Rool is seen in SMG4: The Smash 5 Trials as one of the winners, making his first appearance in that same series.
