Kinger is one of the main characters of the Glitch Productions show, The Amazing Digital Circus.

Appearance[]

Kinger is a king chess piece with unsymmetrical bloodshot blue eyes and floating white hands. He wears a purple king's robe with white (Assumed to be) spotted fur around the neck and down the middle.

Personality[]

Kinger has been in the Circus the longest, causing him to slowly grow insane, paranoid, and easily startled. He is often forgetful and doesn't think his plans through, such as when he tried to rescue Zooble's head from being devoured by grabbing it, only for his hands to be dragged off as well.

However, he's friendly enough to not have made any enemies with the others and is rather intelligent, such as when he suspects Kaufmo having gone insane from trying to find and exit and when he points out none of them really need to eat, drink, or sleep while in the Circus world.

However, when Kinger is mostly surrounded by darkness, he is lucid and can partially remember things well again as well as think much clearer. He also has 7 years of computer science experience.

Trivia[]

  • His Voice Actor is Sean Chiplock, known for Thad in Murder Drones and Oneshot Wren in the SMG4 series.
  • He is the first (known) victim of the titular circus.
  • Kinger's hands can actually be separated from his body.
  • He is often seen hiding in a pillow fort as a means to protect himself.
  • Both his and Bubble's reveal trailers are actually connected [2]
  • In the pilot episode, when Ragatha and Pomni are walking down the hall, they pass by both Kinger’s door and an X’d out black Queen piece[3]. This suggests Kinger had a counterpart, but this is unconfirmed as of the Pilot. This is later confirmed in THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS - Ep 3: The Mystery Of Mildenhall Manor to be his wife.
  • He is the second character to be voiced by someone who also worked as voice actor in Nintendo, the first was Oneshot Wren in the SMG4 series respectively. Interestingly, he is the second GLITCH character to be voiced by Nintendo's voice actor, the first was Thad in Murder Drones.
