50 Shades of Koopa is a book read by Bowser in R64: Mario and the retarded spaghetti factory. When Mario encounters Peach being held by Bowser, he is reading the book. Bowser is still reading the book when Mario gets shot out of the spaghetti factory fire pipes and crashes onto the reading space. The book's title is a parody of that of the novel 50 Shades of Grey. Not much else is known about it.

The Holy Boble is a book that Bob has. It appears in SMG4: Mario Does The Chores and SMG4: Treasure Hunt With The Bois. It is a parody of the The Holy Bible and appears exactly like such, but with the I crossed out and replaced with a O.

It was briefly used by Toad in SMG4: Mario vs IT 🤡 to ward off IT's disguise as Toadette.

An unnamed storybook appears in Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Bad Stars. It is about the Power Stars and their Ztar counterparts, the latter of which none have ever been seen, according to the book. After reading it, SuperMarioGlitchy4 throws the book out of the window, calling it "a load of shit", and it, precisely, lands on SuperMarioGlitchy3.


  • The Bad Stars story book is the same as the one which appears in the intro of the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
