Mario Cooks a Thanksgiving """"Turkey"""" is the eight hundred and fifty-first video to be uploaded on the SMG4 channel.
It is the sixty-fourth episode of the SMG4 CREW series. It was aired on November 22, 2023.

"""Chef""" Mario's back to make some THANKSGIVING TURKEYYYYY WOOO 🦃🦃🦃
Plot[]
Prologue[]
The narrator from Mario Bakes a """"Cake"""" greets the audiences with a Happy Thanksgiving. He says that Mario will be making a meal, but finds out that he is not here.
He summons Mario (who is sitting on the toilet) to the kitchen. Where he asks him to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Mario said he already prepared it, only to find out that there is a singular chicken wing in the fridge. The narrator said that it's not enough food for a meal and asks him to make an actual one.
Getting a Turkey[]
The narrator tells Mario to get the main food for a Thanksgiving dinner, a turkey. Mario first tries Steve's chicken farm, but only finds a chicken and gets attacked by an angry Steve. He then flies a family of birds into the Sun to cook them, but fails as they are still chickens. The narrator then shows Mario what an actual turkey looks like, and Mario then travels back in time to the first Thanksgiving to find one. He steals from Bob as the pilgrim was showing off to the Teletubbies, enraging them. While Mario celebrates, the narrator reminds him that the turkey needs to be dead to cook it. Despite the turkey's pleas, Mario causally rips out the meat from the bird, with the narrator giving his confused congratulations.
Gathering Ingredients[]
Because Mario didn't have the other ingredients for the turkey, the narrator has to tell Mario what to get. Mario then maims and kills people to get what he needs;
- Butter, ripped from a Spy's arm while he was shopping (plus the arm).
- Salt and pepper, which Mario treats as drugs.
- Vegetables made from the Veggie Tale cast, but Mario refuses to use them due to his hatred of healthy food.
- Fresh herbs, sawed from a Sceptile's tail.
- Onions and garlic, gotten from Wario Minecraft-style.
Cleaning the Turkey[]
Mario flinches due to not wanting to touch the Tukey's organs. At first, he tries to have the narrator do it, but he flips and then punches Mario away. Mario then uses Kamek's magic wand, but it just causes the turkey to dance. Mario then tries using his "Doctor Mario" persona to do it professionally, but the Doctor works on himself first to practice, temporally killing him until the narrator revives him with a 1-Up Mushroom. The narrator then tells Mario to use a tool if he doesn't want to touch it, with Mario using Luigi's Poltergust vacuum to finally suck up the organs
Stuffing the Turkey[]
The narrator tells Mario to stuff the turkey, but Mario keeps putting literal junk into it, leading to a fight that ends with the turkey destroyed, forcing Mario to travel back in time again to get another turkey.
Brushing the Turkey[]
Mario misinterprets the narrator's statement of "brushing the turkey" as literally painting it, and despite the narrator's pleads, ruins it with paint a la Bob Ross. When the narrator explains they were meant to brush the turkey with butter, the narrator paints on Mario, turning him into a clown which the narrator calls "a masterpiece".
Cooking the Turkey[]
Because Mario forget to preheat the oven, they are forced to find another way to cooking the turkey. Mario calls for Meggy (much to the narrator's horror) as her usual kitchen klutziness causes a fire, but it's not enough. Mario then flies to a volcano to set the turkey next to it, but its still not enough. As a final move, Mario turns his head into a microwave before placing the turkey inside it, putting on "radiate", and then throwing it into the volcano. The blast mutates the turkey into a headcrab.
Preparing the Sides[]
While Mario believes the meal to be ready, the narrator reminds him that they have to do the side dishes too. Mario realizes that his friend will arrive in a minute and snaps, rushing through the rest of the prep as fast as possible;
- Using the narrator's arm in a blender to make the blood gravy.
- Using JubJub and Mr. PotatoHead for mashed potatoes.
- Using Kernal Corn for the corn.
- Using his hot rap beats on dough to produce monster bread.
Mario then rushes the table prep before finally collapsing, to the narrator's annoyance.
Epilogue (Serving your friend and family)[]
Mario presents everyone who came his Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone sees what a horrible, disgusting bad job of meal he made and everyone starts to leave, leaving Mario in tears over his efforts being for naught. SMG4, taking pity on Mario, convinces everyone to try it by speaking about the spirit of Thanksgiving. The Narrator was astonished by SMG4 and Mario for their hard work, and he tells Mario that he is not so bad at cooking after all. Everyone takes a bite and then promptly dies from food poisoning, with SMG4's skeleton being consumed by the mutated turkey/headcrab.

Errors[]
- Similar to Video ends when Mario gets 1 IQ ft. Luigi, a time paradox never occurred after taking the turkey from the past.
- There's a common debate on whether or not turkey was actually eaten at the first Thanksgiving: while wild turkey was prominent in the area at the time, it also included things like fish, eels, and shellfish, as well as making a Wampanoag dish named "nasaump" (which was boiled cornmeal mixed with vegetables and meats). For reference, there was also no potatoes (which were not introduced into the global food system at that point) or pie (due to lack of butter, wheat flour, or sugar at the time) at the first Thanksgiving either, despite both also being common food items during the holiday.
