Mario Reacts To Mario Movie Memes is the seven hundred and eighty-sixth video to be uploaded on the SMG4 channel.
It is the forty-sixth episode of the Mario Does Things series. It was aired on February 1, 2023.
Synopsis[]
Mario looks at some funni Mario Movie memes
Plot[]
Chris Pratt reacting to a meme (Prologue)[]
Chris Pratt appears as "Mario?" and reacts to a meme where Bowser says "AMONGUS!" The real Mario arrives and slaps Pratt, who leaves to "visit his mother." Seeing that Pratt has left the computer on, Mario decides to look at the memes, himself.
Chris Pratt was WHAT?[]
When Mario sees a tweet about Pratt being "blown by Super Mario", Princess Peach enters, scaring Mario.
That's not the voice[]
Mario is unamused when Pratt's "that's not the voice" turned out to be a lie.
Bricked by Bowser[]
Mario sees a tweet from Bob saying that if he was trapped with Bowser like Luigi, he might be bricked up. After looking at the definition, Mario threatens to shove Bob's opinions up his ass.
Write that down![]
Mario shows SMG4 a heavily edited clip of the "Mushroom Kingdom" clip, and the two jot down ideas for future videos.
Switch Error[]
When Bowser finds the power star, the video freezes like a Nintendo Switch, thus, crashing it. Then Mario sticks a fork through the screen, fixing it.
Mario's Redesign[]
Seeing someone manipulate the SM64 title screen to match the movie design, Mario does it to his actual face. When SMG4 walks in, he sees Mario's face has transformed into a creepy minion. SMG4 promptly throws the camera into a microwave, causing another Switch error.
The Original Release Date[]
Seeing a tweet about the movie coming out on 12/21/22, Mario goes to the theater to see it, not caring that it was delayed to April 5, 2023. Karen simply directs him to a screening of the 1993 Super Mario Bros. movie, much to his horror due to how horrible the movie is.
The Super Mario 64 Movie[]
Mario is unimpressed with a SM64 recreation of the trailer, citing the lack of cartridge tilting, humping spaghetti, and exploding cheats.
Elon Musk Dies[]
Mario is shocked to see Elon Musk (dressed as Wario) get crushed by a fireball. He then asks Musk to do it again as he wasn't looking.
Mario vs. Sonic[]
Upon seeing the meme where Movie Mario gets beaten by the pre-2020 Movie Sonic, Mario did not enjoy it and t-poses all the way to Green Hill Zone to tell Sonic that he is still number 1, while showing his book (The Big Book of Sonic) that contains the blue hedeghog's worst mistakes he made over the years.
Do You Yield? (Good Ending)[]
After watching the meme that caught Mario off guard, he decided to replicate the scene of the trailer (with him dressed up as Bowser), but as soon as he ate a piece of a magma block to recreate the part, he instantly dies from a heat stroke, causing the Good Ending meme to appear anyway.
Wise Trees[]
Mario goes to the forest to tell the three wise trees from the "If You're Over 25 and Own a Computer, This Game Is a Must-Have" meme if he will ever get the ladies. The trees reply with mock and laughter, causing Mario to have depression.
Mario Kills Brian[]
The meme has Mario run over Brian with his kart. Mario dons his doctor persona to fix him up, but the result is so disastrous that he chooses to cut his life support.
Mario vs. Chris Pratt (Epilogue)[]
Mario has had enough of memes comparing him to Chris Pratt. Pratt himself arrives to claim the title of Mario, and the two fight (only stopping to briefly cheer Bowser's demise from their reckless driving). When they reach Nintendo HQ, they ask Miyamoto to take the faker away. Unfortunately, Miyamoto has the real Mario taken away (due to confusion), as he dubs Pratt a good boy.
