The Mario Virus was the main antagonist of SMG4: Mario's Inside Story. As it's name suggests, it is a virus in the shape of Mario.
The virus nearly killed Mario, but he was ultimately killed by Mario's Brain.
He originally resides in the old spaghetti that is beside the toilet in the basement.
