The Master Sword (also known as the Blade of Evil's Bane) is a legendary blade crafted long ago by the Ancient Goddess Hylia. It is a major weapon in The Legend of Zelda series and Link's main weapon of choice.
Story[]
Before it was known as the Master Sword, it was known as the Goddess Sword, crafted by the ancient Goddess Hylia during the battle against the Demon King Demise, after the battle was over, Hylia sealed the Sword away. 100 years later, The Hero of The Skies (Link) discovered the Sword, and upgraded during his quest to become known as it is today.
Wielders[]
- Link - Obviously, since he is the owner of the sword.
- Mario - Despite his negative traits, Mario was shown to be worthy of wielding the Master Sword.
