Mechagodzilla is minor character in the SMG4 series. He first appeared in SMG4: If Mario Was In... Simulator Games. He is a robotic doppelgänger of Godzilla.

When Mario plays City Simulator, he got bored and "deleted" the city, causing a tornado and Mechagodzilla (Who danced Gangnam Style) to destroy it.
