Meme Man is a character on SMG4. He first appeared on SMG4: SMG4 Runs Out of Memes, hiding in a trash can. He told SMG4 that the memes that SMG4 seeks are in his blue hat (SMG4 initially mistaken that as his phone). After SMG4 gain confidence, he continues to hide in the trash can that he is in.
