Hey, Muffin. Sorry to bother you, but we need some help for the discord. We would like to know if you were the creator of this logo. If so, could you provide us with a textless version (that allows new text to fit) of the picture and tell us what font you used? If you are not the creator of this, I'd appreciate if you could tell us who is. Thanks in advance.
I was wondering if you could unlock the SMG4 plays Merio Nernterndoes page. I do understand that the page was locked because of a bunch of @$$holes who decided that the video was a blooper and not a simple video. However, I can reassure you that they are gone by now and nothing bad will happen anymore. In addition, there is a lot of cleanup that I want to perform so we can improve the article. For instance, I can remove or add content to empty headers, add more images, fix grammar, etc. and I solemnly swear that I am not a vandal on the wiki. I have never done anything bad, nor will I never do anything bad.
In short, could you please unlocked the page SMG4 plays Merio Nernterndoes? I would like to make a bunch of edits once it is unlocked. And I promise that I will make sure that nothing bad happens to the page ever again. Thanks, and have a great day.
Me and the other admins have noticed the unexplained disappearance of SuperMario43 and we were wondering what happened to him. The thing is that there is an anon user who claims to be him. (Oshawott has traced this user to the state of Georgia)
Long story short we want to know if you can help us set up this extension in the Mediawiki so we can check SM43's IP adress and confirm whether or not he is the anon.
A couple days ago, me and four other people were randomly promoted to Bureaucrats by a guy called Amalgus. At first, we just rolled with it and started cleaning up the wiki. That was when we noticed that he was doing things like turning off comments and Anonymous users without asking us first. We thought it was a glitch and continued with our lives. It started happening consistently though, and that was when I decided to look into this guy.
His profile is completely messed up, from his random string of text that he calls a "real name" to the fact that it only showed one of the edits that he made, despite the fact that I witnessed him FIRST HAND change the Wiki rules right under our noses multiple times. Even though he was the one who promoted us, we agreed to block him.
Would it be possible to look into this guy to see if he truely is a Hacker or a Bot? Something about this entire experience has left me feeling uneasy.
Oh yeah, I'm familiar with this guy. I think they're an alt of another old admin; they started editing on another wiki I use, occasionally posting nonsense comments. Their posts sometimes pull from pages I created on said admin's wiki, which is why I think it's either them, or someone close to both of us.
Changes to wiki features appear in Special:Log instead of contributions, since they aren't really edits. I think contribs can also disappear if they were made on a page that is now deleted. As for the garbled nickname, you can put whatever text you want up there, so I think it's just part of their shtick to try to confuse people.
The new administrators to the site are trying to update the wiki to be more in line with modern SMG4. This includes the background, which as you can see only covers about a third of the screen. Umbreon and I are having trouble getting the image we actually want as the background, which is this image. Would you be willing to help us make this image the wiki's background?
Opening up the element inspector, the split background style seems to be applied to body::before and body::after. I tried setting these pseudo-elements to height:100%; which caused the background to tile over the entire height of the screen, but it was still looping the same part of the image as is visible now.
I might be able to brute-force that background image through further CSS tinkering if you still can't get it to appear properly.
