James' whole body is silhouetted with the exception of his eyes. He appears to a rather lanky tall man with a top hat and suit jacket.

He was first seen playing cards with Todd, Braxton, and another Worker Drone. When N forced the door open, he ran away, but was eventually killed when N began firing missiles and hit him, causing him to be blown to pieces.

Makarov wore a white jacket and blue helmet, he also wore boots and had blue neon eyes.
Like Khan, he also had a fake mustache.

He was first seen playing cards with Makarov, Braxton, and an unnamed Worker Drone. When N breached the front door, he was the only one who stayed in his chair, correcting N on the name of the game they were playing after N showed interest (the game they were playing was called Gin Rummy, whereas N just called it "Rummy"). He was stabbed in the chest by N's tail, and then had his head sliced off by his claws.
