The Mother Penguin is the mother of Tuxie and a supporting character in Super Mario 64. During the mission Lil' Penguin Lost in Cool Cool Mountain, Mario is required to bring Tuxie back to the mother, which results in a star.
Mother Penguin makes a few appearances in SMG4's videos, with the most recent being SMG4: Little Penguin Lost. The Mother Penguin insists that Meggy is her child, and ends up stuffing her in a suit until Mario comes to rescue her, to which she angrily chases the duo until losing them. However, Tuxie herself is revealed to be a serial killer, to which she ends up in jail.
