Mr. Turner is one of the main characters of the animated series The Fairly OddParents!. He is the father of series protagonist Timmy Turner, and is usually depicted as one of the most idiotic characters on the show (the only character to rival him in this regard being Cosmo, and even then Cosmo is occasionally depicted as being smarter). Currently, his only direct appearance in the SMG4 series is as a cameo in the episode "SMG4: If Mario Was In... Nickelodeon".
