Pingas Restuarante (also known as Cafe Mario) is the restaurant owned by Dr. Eggman in SM64: Cooking with Bowser & Mario 2!, Mario and Bowser works there due the island they were on in SM64: Cooking with Bowser and Mario! was burned down by Steve in the previous installment of the series.
Later, Dr. Eggman fires Mario, Bowser and Toast Guy after Mario and Bowser ruined his restaurant business before shooting SMG4, who wanted his burrito, in the face.
