Police Lumas are special Lumas that appear exclusively in SM64 Bloopers: Shoot to the Observatory in the Sky. They try to arrest Bowser because his Clown Car crashed into the observatory's core, but failed to because of his shell.
It is unknown if they are related with the main Police forces from the Mushroom Kingdom, but since they are exclusively found on the Comet Observatory, it is most unlikely.
