Pookachus are bootleg versions of Pikachu. They appear in SM64: THE BOOTLEG DIMENSION where they chased Mario around inside Peach's Castle, but got scared by Thomas the Tank Transformer.

They also appear as prizes in SMG4: Mario The Ultimate Gamer and SMG4: The Mario Carnival.
