Pyro is a happy-go-lucky pyromaniac who is delusional, insane, and sees the world in a different way: a pastel world of candy and rainbows, named Pyroland. However, the Pyro does have a mean streak, mostly showing themselves when fire is put out or insulted. In SMG4, the Pyro is still child-like and friendly, but also knows that it is a hired mercenary. They also seems to be in a good standing with their fellow mercenaries, and is often invited to picnics with the BLU Heavy and Medic. When angry enough, the Pyro transforms into their "Too Hot" Form, which causes them to become extremely intimidating, muscular, and literally catch on fire without harming themselves.

History

If Mario was in...Team Fortress 2

The Pyro made their debut in If Mario was in...Team Fortress 2. The RED Pyro is first met by Mario in the locker room, after he bumps into it. The Pyro greets Mario by dancing, which terrifies the latter. After RED team's intelligence briefcase lands on the roof over the bridge in 2Fort, a BLU Pyro shows up to take it, after thoroughly tea-bagging it. Mario attempts to snipe the Pyro with the RED Sniper's Rifle, but ends up shooting himself in the face. Pyro lands in the water and floats off into the sewers, followed by Mario. In If Mario Was Spiderman, a version of Pyro who is Spider-Man was summoned to fight villains that came to the SMG4 universe.
