R64, originally R*****ed64, is a sub-series of SMG4 created by Luke Lerdwichagul that ran from August 4, 2013 to June 3, 2017.
It was consisting of random Mario-centric videos. The videos usually depict simple tasks escalating into strange and flat out ridiculous adventures because in this series, everyone is an even bigger moron than usual. The humor style is notable for being reminiscent of classic cartoons such as Looney Tunes.
The main SM64 cast is usually depicted in these videos. SMG4 and other YouTubers are rarely if ever seen, and any chosen color codes are either plot-based or random. Since Mario is the star of these videos, their plots often revolve around his stupidity. In addition, the negative qualities of every character are exaggerated to comical degrees.
As announced by SMG4 in a mail video on July 12, 2017, this series was discontinued due to YouTube's video policy, although the already-existing videos are now known as R64. All subsequent R64-like episodes, such as the Stupid Mario episodes, were explicitly placed under the at-the-time just-newly-rebranded SMG4 series.
Eventually, the series was succeeded by the Remastered64 miniseries, consisting of remade and updated classic episodes.

Trivia[]
- R64's original name is a pun on Nintendo 64, which was released in 1996.
- The music used for the intro is the title theme from Super Mario World. However, the first six episodes of the series, as well as Son of a bowser. and the Toad, the Fat and the Ugly. are exceptions.
- April is currently the only month in 2017 where multiple R64 episodes were released, instead of one each month.
- Although not officially part of the series, the episode Stupid Mario Sunshine (2017) uses the R64 intro.
