The "Perfect Video" was a video that SMG4 was working on. Due to what he perceived as disappointment by the fans for his more recent work and born out of an obsessive need for validation over it, he became unrelentingly and violently hellbent on making it "the most perfect video of all time", but ends up neglecting his mental and physical well-being and friends in the process of it, going so far as to lash out in immense and accusatory rage at even the slightest interruption.
SMG4's obsession to complete it came to a head in SMG4 Movie: IT'S GOTTA BE PERFECT, with him accepting help from a mysterious pop-up ad bot that advertised a creepy demonic-looking keyboard to make it so, with him buying it and using it, which unleashed a Demonic Entity contained within that possessed him and overtook Peach's Castle. Mario, Meggy, and SMG3 embarked to snap SMG4 out of his delusional corrupted state and free him, but the entity's hostile and destructive presence forced Swagmaster6969696969 to sink the castle with a payload of bombs to neutralize it and prevent it from spreading. While SMG3 helped him finish the video, the sinking almost claimed them in a fanged living maw-like pit, forcing SMG4 to choose between saving his rival or the flashdrive containing the video, with him ultimately letting it go and choosing SMG3. Ironically, the contents of this video were never shown.

After SMG3 helped SMG4 to regain his popularity again, SMG4 then had the idea and started working on his best video while also losing his sanity in process week after week.

Although the true contents of this video were never revealed due to the USB containing it falling down an abyss in SMG4 Movie: IT'S GOTTA BE PERFECT, it shows his first attempts at making the video, which involve Kermit the Frog and Jesus Christ fighting as seen in the prologue of said movie.
