This is the transcript for SMG4: Absolute Betrayal.
Opening Scene[]
(Melony is sleeping at her desk in her room, with her drawing of her and Axol beside her. She suddenly gets up and begins sleepwalking. She gets a drink of milk.)
Melony: Mmmm... calcium... (As she says this, she briefly glitches. She then sleepwalks back to bed.)
Scene 1[]
(Mario, Luigi, Bob, Boopkins, Meggy, Saiko, and Tari are on a soccer field.)
Meggy: Ok! So the Omnia Academy exams are tomorrow... and you guys will be my subjects for my coaching exam! SO WE'RE GONNA TRAIN!!!
Mario: Ah sh*t... Here we go again.
Meggy: But first some motivational music!
(Meggy presses the button, and twelve big speakers appear, singing Face Off but in Toad's voice. The singing is so bad that it rips off Luigi's skin.)
Meggy: You can do it! Keep it up! You're killing it!
Bob: I better get paid more for putting up with this!
Boopkins: You get paid?
(Mario, who appears to not mind the song, suddenly gets hit by an energy ball, which explodes.)
Meggy: Huh? HEY! WATCH IT!
SMG4: S-sorry about that! We're practicing for our exams too!
SMG1: No no no! You've got the technique all wrong. Try again.
SMG3: Ugh... there has to be a way I can cheat this exam...
(SMG4 and SMG3 concentrate their power and turn a pingas doll into a cyan energy ball.)
(Meggy walks over to a knocked out Mario.)
Meggy: You alright, red?
(With a flash, Mario suddenly disappears, which shocks Meggy. Mario is revealed to have accidentally been grabbed by Melony in her Fierce Deity form.)
Mario: Waaaaaah!
(They are being chased by four Sandbags with lasers.)
Niles: GOOD! NOW COUNTER! TRIPLE STRIKE!
(Melony turns around and, with her sword, cuts the Sandbags in half.)
Niles: WAY TO GO!!!
(Melony returns to the ground and reverts back to her normal form. She groans in apparent tiredness.)
Niles: Melony, you did it! You controlled-
(Before he could finish, he sees that Melony is fast asleep.)
Niles: Ok, yeah, take a rest! You've earned it. :)
(He stares off into the distance and chuckles.)
Niles: ...I think it's time.
(The Box Club Leader comes out from behind bushes.)
Box Club Leader: GUYS!!! THERE SHE IS!! THE MESSIAHHH!!!
(The Box Club members kidnap Melony, who is surprisingly still out like a light. Meggy notices this.)
Meggy: Uhh... guys
(SMG4 and SMG3 are still using meme energy.)
Meggy: GUYS!
(At this, SMG4 and SMG3 stop using their meme energy, but accidentally fling the orb back toward the school, thus causing an explosion.)
SMG4: Uh yes?
Meggy: Melony's being kidnapped by the box club!
Saiko: (Grabs Mario.) You have anything to do with this?
Mario: No! Mario's a good boy now! I swear!
SMG4: Ugh, they probably just want to put a box on her head or something. *sigh* Lets go save her.
Scene 2[]
(The Box Club members run with with Melony.)
Box Club members: The messiah is here! All hail the messiah!
(SMG4 and co. chase after them.)
(Meggy presses a button on her phone. A cop car appears.)
Hal Monitor: YOU CALLED!?
(Meggy hops in.)
Meggy: Let's do this.
(Box Club Leader notices he is being chased. He taps Melony, turns her into her watermelon form. He throws Melony to another box club member, after which he gets run over by the car.)
Bob: Hey! That's our thicc piece of fruit.
(Bob takes out Fishy Boopkins.)
Bob: (Throws Boopkins.) Yeet.
Boopkins: Aaaaaah!
(Boopkins grabs Melony out of the member's hands.)
Boopkins: Guys! I got her!
(A muscular Box Club member starts chasing after Boopkins, but Saiko kicks him away.)
(Mario extends his nose, SMG4 uses it as a baseball bat, and he knocks the member into a wall.)
(Tari walks over and hits the member with a squeaky toy hammer as she chuckles.)
(SMG4's gang start celebrating... Too soon.)
SMG1: Uhh guys...wheres Boopkins and Melony?
(Boopkins and Box Club Leader are childishly swinging their arms at each other, until Leader snatches Melony away and runs off.)
Boopkins: (Running after him.) Hey!
SMG2: IN there!
(Box Club Leader goes into the library, then opens up a part of the floor, revealing an entrance to an underground lair. SMG4's Gang chases after him.)
Scene 3[]
(SMG4's Gang find themselves in a dark place, with torches nearby. The Box Club members surround Melony, who has been placed on what appears to be a giant pentagram. Not that any of this wakes her up, though.)
Leader: Oh mighty God Box. The Messiah is here. We are finally ready.
Tari: MELONY!!!
(Box Club Leader looks back at SMG4's gang in anger.)
SMG1: The God Box isn't something we should be messing around with!
SMG4: C'mon you idiots. Give her back.
Leader: Hehe...right into our trap... NOW MINIONS!
SMG4: Huh?
(A Box Club member drops a giant box on SMG4's gang.)
Heavy: All of you are dead!
Saiko: I'M GONNA KILL THOSE NERDS WHEN I GET OUTTA HERE!!
(Another Box Club member throws in some tear gas.)
SMG3: Ah crap, it's tear gas...
Bob: Oh boy! Time to get hiiiiiiiiigh!
(Bob passes out. Everyone else does so as well.)
Saiko: Stupid... nerds...
(She passes out last. Everything has now gone black...)
Scene 4[]
SMG4: Ohhh... Huh?!
(SMG4 has woken up to find himself and SMGs 1, 2, and 3 chained up. Everyone else is locked inside a big cage.)
SMG3: Oi! What the hell is this!?
SMG2: LET US GO NOW!!
Leader: Guys, guys, guys. Calm down. It will be over soon.
Meggy: You guys are so dead when we're out of here.
Luigi: W-What are you gonna do with us?
Leader: Glad you asked! I've gathered you all here to give you the opportunity to ASCEND! ASCEND AND FINALLY MEET THE GLORIOUS GOD BOX!
SMG3: Ooooh...
SMG4: I am sick of hearing about this God Box! Can't you just leave us alone!
SMG3: But SMG4! We could be stronger than ever if what they say is true.
SMG1: No! How many times do I have to say this!? If we open the God Box, the whole world is doomed!
Leader: SILENCE, HEATHEN! It's time to begin.
(The Leader presses a button which causes meme energy to be forcefully used from the SMGs hands.)
Leader: Offerings! Get in place!
(The Box Club gathers around and start chanting. The SMGs are still blaring in pain over their meme energy being evicted from them.)
Mario: NOOO! SMG4!
Tari: Oh no!
(Luigi cries in terror.)
(The Box Club members turn into meme energy balls and fly off.)
Leader: YES! GOOD!
(The energies fly up to the Box Club symbol and summon a spaceship.)
Tari: Its... its a spaceship?
Bob: What the hell is he gonna do? Fly to the skybox?
Leader: Haha! That is exactly what we're going to do!
SMG1: Fool! One doesn't simply fly to the God Box. It's not from this universe!
Leader: Hehehe! I know, you blue square idiot! (He turns to Melony.) That's where the Messiah comes in. (He shakes Melony, who moans in her sleep.) Oh, glorious Messiah. It is now your turn.
SMG4: What the hell is going on?
Meggy: MELONY! KICK HIS ASS AND FREE US!
(Melony suddenly wakes up.)
Boopkins: M-Melony...?
Melony: Guys? Where am I?
(Melony looks back to see her friends inside the cage... Niles is mysteriously there as well.)
Melony: Niles? What's going on?
(Mario and Luigi look at each other in confusion.)
Mario: Niles?
Luigi: Who's that?
Melony: What do you mean? Our friend Niles is right there.
(Her friends look. She's pointing at... Nothing. Niles isn't there...)
Tari: Melony... No one's there...
(Niles smirks.)
Melony: W-What?
(Niles suddenly walks towards her. He walks straight through the bars, like a ghost.)
(Flashback to SMG4: Mario and The God Box...)
Niles: And secondly, take a minute to see how far we've come.
(As he finishes saying that, glitching occurs and Niles vanishes, leaving only Melony.)
(Back in the present time, Niles continues walking towards her, as we get another flashback. This time to SMG4: Mario Suffers Infinite Detention.)
Niles: Lesson 1: Expect the unexpected.
(We see Chris and Swagmaster fighting Mario, Melony, and Niles. As a shell flies by, we see that Niles has been replaced by Melony.)
(As Niles continues getting closer, we get another flashback. To SMG4: Mario's Bus Trip.)
(Melony and Bob are trying to pull Boopkins back into the bus.)
Boopkins: Pull Harder!!
Melony: NEED HELP!!
Niles: Trust me. I couldn't help even if I wanted to.
(Later...)
Niles: C'mon, I'm serious. I'll help ya.
(As Tari is playing with her duck, she looks back at Melony, talking with nobody.)
(Back in the present, Niles finally reaches Melony.)
(We then see one last flashback, this time to an event that happened prior to the ones in this episode. Melony is sleepwalking to the Box Storage Room, which the Leader is trying to unlock the doors. He looks back to see Melony. She offers him her sword. For a brief moment, her face is replaced by Niles' face.)
Leader: THE MESSIAH IS HERE! THE MESSIAH IS HERE!!
(We return to the present time.)
Melony: Who... Who are you?
(Niles says nothing as he lifts his hair covering his other eye up... But there is no other eye. His sole eye moves to the center. He looks down, then back up. His eye has changed appearance. A disturbingly familiar appearance... A zero.)
Niles: It's been a while, hey, Melony?
(Melony, shocked by this turn of events, unleashes her Fierce Deity form.)
Melony: ZERO!!!
(The force is so big that it knocks the Box Club Leader back.)
Leader: THE MESSIAH'S TRUE FORM IS HERE!!!
(Niles begins chortling. Melony raises her sword at him. But Niles just flies into her body. When she stands back up straight, her eyes are completely white.)
Boopkins: Melony? Are you okay?
SMG4: QUICK, GET US OUT OF HERE!
(Melony leaps up and raises her sword at the Leader.)
Meggy: YES! THAT'S IT, MELONY!
(Melony instead raises her sword up and fires a laser beam at the sky above. A portal opens, in which we see the Glitch Productions office. In the real world.)
SMG2: She's opened up a portal to the Great Beyond!
SMG1: Oh no no no no no...!
SMG4: WHAT? WHAT IS IT?
SMG1: She's going to the God Box.
(Melony momentarily looks back at her friends. Niles faces is again briefly shown over hers. Niles has possessed her... She boards the spaceship as it starts to take off.)
Leader: WAIT! TAKE ME WITH YOU!!!
(He hops in, and the spaceship finally takes off to the Great Beyond. All her friends can do is watch in fear.)
