If Mario Moves, He Dies is the thirty-sixth episode of Season 11 of the SMG4 series, the five hundred and thirty-fifth within the SMG4 series, and the six hundred and seventy-first video overall to be uploaded on the SMG4 channel.

Synopsis[]
Thought it'd be fun to try and make a video where Mario couldn't move and see what would happen 🤡
Plot[]
Mario found himself on a gurney after being involved in an accident that had paralyzed his whole body (apart from his head) after he idiotically experimented to find if Toads could fly by tying Toad to a chair fixed with rocket boosters. Luigi warned him that he would die if he moved and went to call an ambulance, while leaving the TV remote for Mario to change. When Mario tried to change the channel with his nose, the remote landed near Toad. Toad decided to get some sweet revenge on Mario by performing stunts on his gurney (with Mario on it) and sent him flying, while Luigi did not took notice.
Mario's gurney went moving across Mushroom City, accidentally entering itself in a drag race between Wario and Pootis, in which Mario won. Wario and Waluigi found him as a perfect partner for their bank robbery, in which they used him to escape Hal. However, as they were travelling in Toad Harbor, they were forced to bail and surrender themselves when they found a ramp, and Mario's gurney went on it and was left floating in the ocean. Left until the evening, Mario spotted an airplane flying below him and tried to signal distress by using a stolen diamond to reflect light. However, the light was actually a laser that accidentally sliced the plane and came crashing on Mario, landing in Bikini Bottom. After extending his nose for air, he was suddenly abducted.
Found himself in King Bob-omb's house trapped (who thought he was a trophy), Mario tried to escape for 10 hours, until he pushed the returning King Bob-omb right into the fireplace, lighting his fuse and blowing up his house. Despite being free, Mario was not at the hospital (he was at Bob-omb Battlefield), he tried to reach the floating island, hoping to get the wing cap from the ? mark block. After many failed attempts, he got the wing cap, and pushed his gurney off the island to fly. However, as he was flying over a Royal Mushroom Kingdom Air Force airbase in Francisco Fajardo, Swag and Chris spotted him flying. Suspecting him as a UFO invading airspace, Swag shot him down, causing Mario to lose his wing cap and fall into a hospital below, crashing on Toad (who sent him flying in the first place, and was getting penis transplant), finally getting payback. As Mario cheered for his success, the doctor mistaken Mario for Toad and prepared him for Toad's penis transplant, scaring him.

Continuity[]
- SMG4: Mario goes to the Dentist...: The scene where Whimpu goes to the dentist from opening advertisement and ending of the episode is a reference to the events of this blooper. Additionally, the dentist who was presumed dead after being killed in the explosion makes his return, having revealed to be still alive.

- this is where i watched my parents die parappa: The popular video by Sol Scribbles was referenced in this blooper by having PaRappa and Batman as cameos, even playing the sound clip.
- Simpsons Treehouse of Horror: Homer woke up and he couldn't move because of a spider Poison and after being bitten by another spine he became a Spiderman. It was similar to Mario who was in a hospital bed the whole time and could only move his nose without any problems.
