The Grand Mario Hotel is a blooper made by SMG4.
Synopsis
Welcome to the Grand Mario Hotel! Where Marios from different universes all gather to rest, share stories and... beat up SMG4's Mario?
Plot
After being misled by the pipe to his bathroom, Mario finds himself in the Grand Mario Hotel, a luxurious hotel visited by Marios from different universes and ran by Don Mario, who is the wisest Mario. Mario is first greeted by the second-wisest Mario, Smart Mario, and then registered as "Mario no. 8052011 from the SMG4 universe", or "Stupid Mario". Mario was in the grand Mario hotel but Mario knew it wasn't the bathroom "Smart Mario" came to Mario, and said hi and welcome to the Mario Hotel than suddenly a old guy aka "Don Mario" said welcome to the Mario Hotel! It's efficiently OPEN! Mario said what's an old guy doing here? Smart Mario said no that's Don Mario his the owner of the hotel. When everyone came in Don Mario looked at "Stupid Mario" and said your from Smg4 universe let me let you have a tour.
Shortly after being greeted and registered by Don Mario, everybody gets to the table for dinner, in which Mario, while playing in the spaghetti dinner, causes a huge fight, which ends with Don Mario getting seriously injured.
Don Mario, in hospice care, orders Mario to go get Smart Mario to run the hotel, but Mario cruelly disobeys him in order to run the hotel himself, giving Don Mario a fatal heart attack.
Mario, replacing Don Mario, becomes the manager of the hotel, which is very poorly managed by him. After Mario's severe mismanagement, all other Marios target him, but is helped by Smart Mario, who leads him to Don Mario's lair so he can fix the problem (they don't know he's dead).
In the way, Mario falls into a trap by Grand Dad (known here as Bootleg Mario) and Mario Head, but Smart Mario distracts Mario Head and leads him to attack Grand Dad instead. The two finally reach Don Mario's lair, and at the same time realize that he died, but Mario revives him with a 1-UP.
Don Mario fixes the conflict and tells Mario to return to his home and spread his message. Once Mario leaves, however, it is revealed that all this was actually a plan to get rid of Mario for his misbehavior at the hotel. The blooper ends with a massive party at the hotel.
