Synopsis
Wario accidentally dies. Again, and again, and again

After failing to help Waluigi deal with what was clogged in the toilet, Wario ends up being hit by a truck.
Learning from his mistake, Wario manages to avoid the truck, but has a piano fall on top of him.
Learning from that mistake, Wario avoids the piano but is blown up by a Bob-Omb.
Eventually, Wario realizes that he is stuck in a loop, and decides to take advantage of it. However, he ends up failing to steal money.
Wario decides to fight for survival, helping his brother in the process.
