SMG4 & SMG3 Look Back On Their Adventures is the fortieth episode of Season 15 of the SMG4 series, the seven hundred and thirty-fourth within the series, and the nine hundred and fifty-eighth video overall to be uploaded on the SMG4 channel.
This is the sixth and final installment of the SMG4 and SMG3 sub-series. The video was uploaded on November 1, 2025.
Synopsis
SMG4 & SMG3 reminisce about the past
Plot
The road to SMG4's final adventure officially begins and he starts hanging with each of his friends, reminiscing about the past, and pondering about what they want their last adventure to be. First up: his former nemesis turned close (but not that close) ally SMG3.
SMG4 summons SMG3 with a prop gun to explain to him that he is planning to spend some time with the Glitchy Gang for their last adventures together, and needs help getting things ready. SMG3 recommends looking through their old adventures, since he admits only remembers events from 2020 onwards.
Beginnings
They then look through some old episodes, starting with the very first time SMG3 appeared, smg4 VS smg3, when all SMG3 did back then was steal the channel from SMG4. They then land on SnowTrapped and quickly (and very poorly) brush aside the fact they made out while delirious from cabin fever. The next episode, War Of The Fat Italians 2018, has SMG3 talking about the time he was a TV therapist due to being a good listener and did enjoy it before becoming evil again.
The YouTube Arc
They then land on SMG3's big arc: the YouTube Arc. After grossly simplifying the episode that would have SMG3 return to villainy, he reveals he found everyone (besides JubJub) on Craigslist, to form Snitch Production. SMG3 also reveals that Whimpu went to Canada and became the CEO of Pizza Hut, which is why he stopped appearing in later episodes. He then recounts when he broke into YouTube HQ to get his hands on the YouTube Remote to take over SMG4's channel, but being in his shoes was far more difficult then he claims. When on War Of The Fat Italians 2020, its revealed that when he was banished to the Internet Graveyard, the Ugandan Knuckle he met (and was attacked by) was Terrance. He quickly moves on due to not wanting to about it. SMG4 talks about how poorly SMG3's team did, and that SMG3 admits to love singing. He then pulls out a track album called "SMG3: He's The Best", which is very bad, but SMG4 thinks it was good.
Cosmology Saga
They then talk about the other Cosmology Saga arcs, where while banished in the Graveyard, the SMGs learned about their true purpose: recoding memes lest they go bad. Due to the fact they dislike each other, they stopped using their Super Meme Guardian powers in the present as it requires them holding hands. They then talk about REVELATIONS, the episode Terrance died. SMG3 spent 45 minutes crying off camera after being reminded of Terrance again before they could continue. SMG4 then makes SMG3 watch Terrance's death scene, but offers his condolences afterwards when SMG3 reveals he still talks about and miss his meme sidekick/friend.
Redemption, Redesign, and Friendship
Following REVELATIONS, SMG3 finally stopped being a villain and became one of the main cast, helping the cast whenever he was around. They then talk about the Lawsuit arc and how they were forced to redesign themselves to prevent further complication from Nintendo. SMG3 admits that the first time he was redesigned, his new form itched for a few days. Contrasted with his current redesign, which SMG3 prefers to both his older designs. They then reach the last major role SMG3 played: IT'S GOTTA BE PERFECT. SMG4 teases him about the fact he called his former nemesis a "friend", but SMG3 has come to terms with it by now.
Ending
After this, SMG4 and SMG3 state they had a lot of good times and bad times together, and that "the real SMG3 was the friends we made along the way." They end the episode with SMG4 thanking his counterpart for attending, a misunderstanding with saying hi to Eggdog, and they say farewell to the viewers, ending the episode.

- A few details about various minor characters are revealed in this episode:
- The reason why Whimpu stopped appearing in the series is because he had moved to Canada and became CEO of Pizza Hut.
- The Ugandan Knuckles seen at the end of WOTFI 2020 is actually Terrance.
- SMG3 has a passion for singing, even competing on Mushroom Kingdom Idol (a parody of American Idol), but got second place to somebody named "Guy Sebastian". This includes an album he released called "SMG3: He's the Best!", which consists largely of "oof" sound effects that crashed GMod.
- This episode showcases SMG3’s final adventure.
- When asked by SMG4 how difficult it was being in his shoes, SMG3 replied with "very easy, barely an inconvenience". This is likely a reference to Screenwriter Guy from the webseries Pitch Meetings created by Ryan George and published by ScreenRant, and his catchphrase "Actually, it's gonna be super easy, barely an inconvenience!".
