- A notable recurring theme with every SMG4 merchandise product from the shop is that they all feature original characters from the series (SMG4, Meggy, Fishy Boopkins, Bob, Tari, Saiko, Shroomy, Jeeves and Desti) and don't include characters like Mario, Luigi and Bowser.
- This is most likely to avoid copyright issues from Nintendo.
