Season 15 is the fifteenth season of the SMG4 series, and the sixth season of the 2020s. The season premiered on January 18, 2025.
Later, Karen's backstory has been expanded further while Mario starts to work with Mr. WPNZ to capture Karen's kids although the plumber believes Mr. WPNZ to be innocently babysitting the kids. Eventually, Karen learns that her ex-husband, Mr. WPNZ is back and she was able to rescue her kids and leaves him behind for good. However, WPNZ was later greeted by a certain TV guy known to the SMG4's Gang, who is still in prison with an infamous criminal named Toomp and is offered an alliance.
Meggy, even though she has a degree in coaching, decided to take a break from coaching for a while as she started searching for a new jobs like SMG3's Bomb Mascot and of course being E. Gadd's "Lab Assistant" but eventually reunites with Leggy who sought to see Mr. Puzzles again. In order to bring him back, Meggy investigates Mr. Puzzles' case to free him legally. She delves into Mr. Puzzles' criminal record to see if there's a chance of freeing him, only to discover that something is not right.

Karen is revealed to be homeless back when she was a child.
Karen's Kids have been kidnapped by Mario and Karen blames him for it despite Mario doing it to try to help her, meanwhile the kids are playing a deadly "game" with Mr. WPNZ and vanish without a trace.
Mr. WPNZ is also revealed to be Karen's ex-husband
After Karen rescues her kids, she dumps Mr. WPNZ into the cold, he is then greeted by Mr. Puzzles, who is still in maximum prison, offers an alliance.
Zack, Katie, & Cory have all been added to the Garry's Mod workshop page on Steam on April 14th, as part of their mother's download.[1]
Mr. WPNZ also becomes available to download from the Garry's Mod workshop page on Steam on May 1st.[2], completing the Katphish family on GMOD.
While in prison, Puzzles recruits a very dangerous criminal, Toomp.
Meggy investigates Mr. Puzzles' case to free him legally. She delves into Mr. Puzzles' criminal record to see if there's a chance of freeing him, only to discover how much trouble he is in, she realizes there may be no going back for him with an uncertain status for Mr. Puzzles.
It's our first Remaster of 2025! And in this one, we'll be revisiting Mario travelling into the world of TF2, at least a stupid version of it anyway :D
It is confirmed that there will be another movie this year following Silence Of The Cats as it was confirmed by Micah Preciado from the ZAMination server.
