Season 6 is the sixth season of SMG4's channel, and it aired from January 3, 2016 to December 28, 2016, and contains 54 episodes. In this season, two major characters, Fishy Boopkins and Bob Bobowski, are introduced. Also in this season, Luke's brother Kevin began working full-time on the series, providing the voice of Fishy Boopkins and also pitching ideas for the episodes (and gradually replacing him as head writer), as well as Martin Yeung, who would be the editor of the episodes.
This season gave a redesign to Luigi's SM64 sprite in order to distinguish himself from Mario. This season was also when SMG4 started to favor Garry's Mod over Super Mario 64. It was also the season where many side characters, such as Kermit, Woody and Shrek appear. Most of the episodes in this season were random-based, not much like previous seasons. This season also showcases SMG4’s achievement to reach 1 million subscribers on YouTube.

- Between SM64: Mario VS Pokemon GO and SM64: War Of The Fat Italians 2016 (900k Special) and between SM64: Mario joins the Circus and SSENMODNAR DELUXE - 1 MILLION SUB SPECIAL is a difference of longer than a month without any blooper. The most possible reason that there is no blooper made is probably due to the fact that SMG4 was busy with his school exams.
